• Models with two-piece rear drive shafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit (BDS121612)
• Requires frame bracket modification and minor welding
• Disassembly and assembly of the factory torsion bar system requires a special unloading tool
• The GM specified tool number is CH48809
• Compatible with diesel models only, including standard and AT4
• Not recommended for gas models due to excessive lift
• Some minor trimming may be required with certain wheel and tire setups
• Dually models require 20" aftermarket wheels with max 285/60/20 tires
• Factory 17", 18" and 20" wheels cannot be reused due to UCA clearance
• Coilover preload requires a coil spring compressor for disassembly
• Do not increase coilover preload
• Use service kit BDS081203 for replacement ball joints
• Ball joints must be installed with the dot facing inward or outward
• Suspension track width increases 1" per side to improve travel and clearance
